Everyone is super friendly. Servers are great but the kitchen is slow. Food could have been hotter. And the taste was either bland or peppery. Also, the syrup is only 55% maple. Didn't it used to be 100%? The store is cute. I wouldn't NOT go back if someone really wanted to go there but there are a couple local diners with way better breakfast.
Food is amazing I finished EVERYTHING. I could have licked the plate it was so good. Service was a bit bumpy but to be expected for opening week. Will definitely continue to visit this location! Ps. I recommend the chilled raspberry lemonade! It’s the best!
I was so excited to have this place close to my job because there aren't to many places to get a good hot meal, beside fast food spots. I order from them multiple times and out of 5/6 times my order was right once. They misplaced my order before. They give you whatever sides they feel, and being on lunch break, I don't have time to wait for them to correct my order. Even to the point the manager gave me a meal on the house (the only meal right). Understanding they are new, it's busy, I gave them another chance and of course they screwed up again. I was disappoint and will not be going back. The food was good though and they have reasonable prices.
Since it just open, it's very busy. Very limited parking, I'm surprised that zoning allowed so few parking spots. People are parking next door at Wendy's. We got there during a slow period, & was the 2nd to be seated. There was plenty of wait staff. Prices start at $5 for chicken pot pie & up. I bought a steak. I ordered medium well & it came out very, very well done. It was like leather. I should have stay with what their good at, basic meals. When were leaving the store section was packed w/ people wait for a table. There was a lot of tables with no one sitting at the tables.
Opening week. I am a breakfast guy: basics, eggs, bacon, toast, and coffee. These were all good, but almost twice as much as the local diner. Coffee was kind of mild too mild for me. Unless you order one of the menu packages, they will have to create a special order for you. My two eggs, two slices of bacon was a special order, kind of ridiculous. The service was good, but again better service, much better coffee and more flexibility at the Stargate Diner.
